Meet The Team

Hi, I’m Nick, and I have always wanted to work in a practice that holds high standards of care and treats every patient like family. It is truly a privilege to be part of Dr. Rice’s team, and I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to help provide the best care our patients deserve. In our office, Caring for you is our passion, and I have made it a personal goal to educate and motivate each patient to improve their oral hygiene, because better oral health can lead to better overall health and quality of life. I look forward to meeting you and helping make your visits as comfortable and positive as possible.

Outside of the office, I stay busy with my wonderful wife, my son and daughter, and our dogs. I enjoy staying active and have always liked a challenge — I was the winner of Wipeout in 2012 and have completed the Escape from Alcatraz swim three times. I also enjoy being creative and spend time drawing, painting, and building functional art pieces that can even be used as furniture.

Hi, I’m Monica, one of Dr. Rice’s chair-side assistants. I have been working in dentistry since 2003, and I truly love what I do. I enjoy helping our patients feel comfortable during their visits and take pride in educating them on how to improve their oral health. I am also bilingual in Spanish, which allows me to help communicate with and support more of our patients.

Each day brings me excitement and satisfaction as I see the results of the care Dr. Rice provides, and I feel grateful to be part of a team that truly believes Caring for you is our passion. It is always my pleasure to assist our patients and help make their experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my three children and my two grandchildren, who keep me very busy and bring me so much joy.

Hi, I’m Pamela, and I am one of the dental assistants in our office. I love working closely with our patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. Whether I am assisting during treatment, explaining what to expect, or simply helping someone feel more at ease, my goal is to make every experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I especially enjoy helping patients who feel nervous about dental treatment, and I do my best to make sure they feel cared for every step of the way. Being part of a team that truly believes Caring for you is our passion means a lot to me, and I love working in an office where we treat our patients like family.

Outside of the office, I love to bake, and I often bring my homemade treats to share with the team. Baking is one of my favorite ways to relax, and I enjoy being able to share something sweet with the people I work with every day.

Hi, I’m Rosy, and I am the financial and treatment coordinator in our office. I enjoy helping patients understand their treatment plans and guiding them through the process step by step. My goal is to make everything as clear and stress-free as possible, whether we are reviewing recommended treatment, discussing insurance benefits, or finding a payment option that works for you.

I know that dental treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when there are a lot of details involved, and I enjoy taking the time to answer questions and help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Being part of a team that truly believes Caring for you is our passion means that I always try to treat every patient with patience, kindness, and understanding.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my kids and working out.  I love being part of a practice where we truly care about our patients like family.

Hi, I’m Maria, and I am usually the first person you will see when you visit our office. I enjoy welcoming our patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. My goal is to make every visit go smoothly, whether I’m helping with scheduling, checking you in, or answering any questions you may have.

I understand that many patients feel nervous about dental treatment, and I enjoy taking the time to help them feel at ease. Being part of a team that truly believes Caring for you is our passion means a lot to me, and I strive to treat every patient with kindness, patience, and a smile.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my son and enjoy doing Gel-X nails on my clients. I love being creative and staying busy, and I bring that same positive energy with me to work every day.
